SimpleVeganFudge2-300

This fudge is very easy with only 4 ingredients (3 if you leave out the espresso), quick and simple to throw together on a whim, and tastes rich and decadent and creamy and actually very similar to dark chocolate covered coffee beans.

Coffee & Maple Syrup Glazed Turkey Bacon Recipe

CoffeeMapleBacon2A few weeks ago I bought a bottle of 100% Organic Maple Syrup for the first time – and it was an eye-opening experience. I’d never had the real stuff before and I fell in love with the subtler sweetness, not as overpowering as the fake stuff I’ve been using, and the just all over more mellow, natural taste. I figured “how hard can it be?”, get some non-dairy milk (coconut in this case), some pumpkin puree, and some pumpkin spice and throw it together. It ended up being a little more difficult than that, but through some trial and error I found a recipe that worked for me Continue reading
